Bountiful fresh snow made fanciful sculptures on the river rocks. They reminded me of white cake frosting or meringue. It was a magical scene.

Chiwaukum Creek - February 10, 2019
Kay, Kathy, Michael and I did a leisurely snowshoe through the closed Tumwater Campground on a cold, but mostly clear Sunday. It was a first time for all of us but I'm sure we'll do it again as it was magical along the creek and pleasantly level and close to town.
