It had been nine years since we were in the Gulf Islands and this was
our first time ever on Galiano Island. I had anchored in Montague Harbor 57 years ago on Cagey but don't remember much about it. So this was new water for us. The conditions couldn't have been better.

We paddled in front of the Crane and Robin restaurant at the small marina in the harbor and decided to have dinner there the next night.
The water was very clear.
