Wildcat Cove - September 2, 2022

 The fog added an aura of mystery too the beautiful sandstone formations along the shore. Add some seals and some ochre sea stars to the mix and we had one excellent adventure.

These harbor seals were giving me the eye.

Chain Lakes - September 1, 2022

 It had been 13 years since I last visited these lakes. It was good to return especially with Kay who had not been here for 46 years. It was a bit warm for our tastes but it did nothing to diminish our appreciation of the beauty of this corner of the North Cascades.
